After a short illness, borne with humour, humility and bravery, Paul died peacefully in Roxburghe House on Monday night.

Andrew, Matthew and I have appreciated all the messages, cards, flowers, gifts, love and prayers over the past few months. We will share details of funeral arrangements in due course.

We find ourselves torn between feelings of sadness at our loss, relief that Paul is now at peace, and gratitude for all that we have shared as a family and what he meant to so many family and friends.
